
Thomas F. Martin Elected To Executive Board of CAAA
Mr. Martin has represented injured workers in California for over 25 years and founded Thomas F. Martin PLC., located in Santa Ana. He has litigated workers’ compensation cases before the California Workers Compensation Appeals Board, Courts of Appeal, and Supreme Court.
He also serves on the CAAA Board of Directors, as well as various committees, including the Legislative Committee for the organization.
Mr. Martin graduated from Western State University in Fullerton, California in 1988, and is frequently invited to lecture about current issues in the California Workers Compensation system.
